Ambassador applications are stored in my database for commercial, promotional, or personal creative work needs. All participating Ambassadors will receive web size digital images as a thank you for your time, and will also have the option to purchase more digital images from the session or your whole gallery if you want. This is never a must!
You will be contacted IF and when I’m in need of your’s or your horse’s assistance for a commercial, promotional, educational, or personal project.
What Is The Ambassador Program?
The CEP (Clabough’s Entertainment & Photography) Ambassador program was newly established in 2023 as a unique opportunity for a few, hand-picked members of the equine community (and their horses!) to serve as the enthusiastic spokes-models and advocates of Clabough’s Entertainment & Photography. Our ambassador program is essentially a way for us to team up with riders to help get word out about our photography work but also provide riders with lots of perks!
PLEASE NOTE – the ambassador program is NOT designed as a discount program for clients.
What This Ambassador Program Is Not:
Please do not expect to just receive free photos because you are not invested in Clabough’s Entertainment & Photography enough to ever book a session. This is not a “free” opportunity for you to get photos with your horse and then never hear from again. If this is you, please do not apply.
This is not a free for all or paid ambassadorship, but you will be compensated with digital images from shoots. I will also provide you with Social Media content. That means that it will be low resolution with logo. They will not be printable, unless I state otherwise and give you a print release. Logos must not be removed.
What Makes A Good Candidate?
Clabough’s Entertainment & Photography is seeking local equestrians interested in representing the CEP brand for the 2023 year. Interested parties should be passionate horse people who are actively involved in the local equine community in any discipline and at any level. Applicants must exemplify the qualities of horsemanship, sportsmanship, good teamwork skills, and a deep respect for all horses, the sport, and their fellow equestrians.
I am looking for not only people who are familiar with my photography and my brand, but who are passionate about the images I produce and would love the chance to help promote Clabough’s Entertainment & Photography to fellow equestrians. If you’ve ever thought “This artwork is amazing! I would absolutely love to have Brittany out to create some of me and my horse” – this is for you!
I’ll be working closely with the Ambassadors throughout the year on various special projects in addition to photographing their personal portrait sessions – if you’re interested in learning a bit more about the program, you’ve come to the right place!
What I Expect From You:
Your roles as a CEP Ambassador
* You will be considered as a Clabough’s Entertainment & Photography Ambassador for Photo shoots and promos! Please remember this and keep this in mind, and be professional.
* Must be a good example of horsemanship, sportsmanship, a good team player, and show the utmost level of respect for all horses and fellow equestrians above all else. As an extension of the CEP brand, any conduct that deviates from these standards of professionalism and respect online or in person will result in immediate termination of the Ambassadorship.
* All selected models are required to fill out a contract (this is still technically a Photography Session) including a Model & Equine Liability Release Waiver.
* You must own or lease the horse you are using!
* Within a 2 hour drive of Sevierville, TN – I do travel to KY, SC, NC, GA quite frequently so do not hesitate to apply!
* Opportunities for your images to be used in official Clabough’s Entertainment & Photography promotions with credit to you (when applicable).
* Exclusivity required. You cannot be sponsored by other media professionals or professional photographers while under agreement with Clabough’s Entertainment & Photography. As much as I support other Photographers, I will need you to be loyal to me while you are in the program. Once this program ends, I totally am for you trying new styles. Support local. But for now, thanks for understanding.
* Must be active regularly on social media and an involved member of the local equine community.
* Must be willing and able to post, share, and promote CEP content on social media (and excited to talk about it with fellow horse lovers!)
* Open to ALL ages, genders, equine breeds, and disciplines. (if under 18 a parent must sign the contract, model release, and waiver); I will need a parent with you during your sessions.
* I am encouraging ALL riders with Gaited Horses, Barrel Racers, Arabians, Quarter Horses, Hunter-Jumpers, Paints, Eventer, Cutters, Reiners, Appaloosas, Ponies, etc. to apply.Yes, I am looking for specific Equines & Equestrians below, however, I am not limited! So please do not hesitate to apply.
Agreement is on a calendar basis. The program will run continuously from May 2nd, 2023 – January 1st, 2024 since this an opening year. Brand ambassadors can reapply/renew yearly. Applications next year will open from January 2nd – March 1st, 2024. The program will run from March 2nd, 2024 – January 1st, 2025.

As an ambassador for CEP, you and your horse(s) will receive a total of three-four (possibly more depending on the need) photography sessions over a years period of time (must reapply each year just as other ambassador programs) – you will receive a gallery of at least five-ten edited images from each photo session we do.
The Call List
We are actively looking for the following to represent certain Sessions. However, do not limit yourself to the following, if your horse doesn’t fit, still apply and be very descriptive in the application! We are looking for the Ambassadors who will represent the brand CEP and the Equestrian Community.
1. High End Show Horse/Rider for Black Background Session
Horse Needed: AQHA, APHA, ApHC, JC, PtHA, Mustang. A show horse type. Must be braided/banded, fake tails are fine.
Color Preference: Bay, pinto, appaloosa, sorrel with lots of chrome, buckskin, palomino
Location Needed: Covered barn isle. Nice outdoor area a plus
Tack/Outfit Required: High end Hunter Jumper or Western pleasure show tack – matchy matchy, flashy show jacket, hat, pant/chaps, etc.
Description of session: Horse needed for a black background session. Will be taking full body, portrait, and head shots for portfolio purposes. Will be focusing on horse only photos but would like to do horse and rider photos as well for the right pair/matchy matchy outfit and tack. These type of sessions take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Please have availability.
Compensation: Fully edited digital photos will be given in exchange for your time. Photos will be used to promote this type of session and for portfolio purposes
2. Horse and Rider for English Lifestyle Session
Horse Needed: Show horse type – AQHA, APHA, ApHC, Warmblood, Friesian, Mustang, etc.
Color Preference: Any
Location Needed: Covered barn isle. Nice outdoor area a plus
Tack Required: Full English tack – very clean – Dressage, hunter, or jumper preferred.
Rider Required: Well styled and neat looking. Breeches, tall boots, and helmet a must. (Please send photos of outfits) Great opportunity for a trainer.
Description of session: Horse and rider needed for an English lifestyle session. Will be taking photos of a daily routine for a rider including but not limited to: catching, grooming, saddling, lunging, riding, washing, chores, etc. Will be at least a 1-2 hour session to get all the shots. High end barn/nice looking pastures preferred to provide the backdrop required but not a must.
Compensation: Fully edited digital photos will be given in exchange for your time.
3. Horse and Rider for Western Lifestyle Session
Horse Needed: Show horse type – AQHA, APHA, ApHC, Warmblood, Friesian, Mustang, etc.
Color Preference: Any
Location Needed: Covered barn isle. Nice outdoor area a plus
Tack Required: Full Western tack – very clean – Reining, Western Pleasure preferred, but not a must.
Rider Required: Well styled and neat looking. Chaps, button up shirt (can be a sponsored shirt as well), jeans, and a hat. (Please send photos of outfits) Great opportunity for a trainer.
Description of session: Horse and rider needed for an Western lifestyle session. Will be taking photos of a daily routine for a rider including but not limited to: catching, grooming, saddling, lunging, riding, washing, chores, etc. Will be at least a 1-2 hour session to get all the shots. High end barn/nice looking pastures preferred to provide the backdrop required but not a must.
Compensation: Fully edited digital photos will be given in exchange for your time.
4. Barrel Racing Western Session
Horse Needed: Any Breed
Color Preference: Any color
Location Needed: Arena (regular sized not over sized or small)
Tack Required: Full Western tack – very clean – barrel saddle, boots, etc.
Rider Required: Well styled and neat looking. button up shirt (can be a sponsored shirt as well), jeans, and a hat. (Please send photos of outfits) Great opportunity for a trainer or a sponsored rider.
Description of session: Horse and rider needed for a Barrel Racing Western session. Will be taking photos of a daily routine for a rider including but not limited to: catching, grooming, saddling, lunging, riding, washing, chores, as well as runs! Will be at least a 1-2 hour session to get all the shots.
Compensation: Fully edited digital photos will be given in exchange for your time.
5. Horse & Rider for Western Ranch Outdoor Session
Horse Needed: Any breed – ranch/reining horse type preferred
Color Preference: Any coat color/pattern, but flashy is a big plus – must be well muscled
Location Needed: VERY large field (like a crop field) with good evening light. A pond or single large oak or other tree in a large field would be ideal. Will definitely consider a large arena with a barn backdrop as well. Or travel if needed.
Tack Required: Working western tack – ranch style for cowboy look (not barrel racer type)
Description of session: Horse and rider pair needed for wide shot outdoor session. Want to focus on the landscape with addition of horse and rider. Casual and natural poses only such as grazing, sitting in the grass, galloping, reflecting in water, relaxing, etc. Rider preferred to be in ranch attire or western wear long dress. These type of sessions take 1 hour. Please have availability.
Compensation: Fully edited digital photos will be given in exchange for your time. Photos will be used to promote this type of session and for portfolio purposes.
6. Stallion for Stallion Branding Session
Horse Needed: Any breed of stallion that is well built and good example of their breed.
Color Preference: Any but flashy is preferred
Location Needed: Nice green pasture for at liberty photos, a nice riding area for riding photos, and a barn isle for black background photos. Travel is fine if you know of a barn to use or arena.
Tack Required: Ideally matching western or dressage tack set.
Description of session: Western or dressage stallion desired for a practice stallion branding session. Will take at liberty photos and video, conformation photos, riding/working photos and videography, and black background portraits. A nice matching tack set is ideal as well as an appropriate farm that has locations for each type of photo. These type of sessions take 1-2 hours. Please have availability.
Compensation: A select number of photos and video from the session of horse owner’s choice in exchange for your time. May be used for marketing the stallion with photo credit to photographer. A print & Commercial Release will be given.
7. Mare & Foal Pairs or Foal for Sales Promo Session
Horse Needed: Any breed (ideally looking for a good example of their breed; conformation wise)
Color Preference: Any
Location Needed: Nice green pasture, a decent sized area, and a barn isle for black background photos (not a must). Travel is fine if you know of a barn to use or arena.
Tack Required: None
Description of session: Mare and Foal or Foal / Yearling for sales promo session. Will take at liberty photos (loose in the field and areas), conformation photos, and black background portraits.These type of sessions take 1-2 hours. Please have availability.
Compensation: A select number of photos and video from the session of horse owner’s choice in exchange for your time. May be used for marketing the foal with photo credit to photographer. A print & Commercial Release will be given.
8. Friesian or Draft Horse & Rider for Gothic Fantasy Session
Horse Needed: Thick/well built Friesian or draft horse. (Spanish horses & Mustangs may also work. Lots of hair a plus.)
Color Preference: Black preferred but bay or cremello could also work.
Location Needed: Pine forest of some kind or at least lots of trees with little underbrush.
Description of session: Gothic forest fantasy session – Need a female rider with a dramatic black dress, dark make up, etc. Horse should be well built and ideally black as well but bay or cremello could possibly work. These type of sessions take 1-2 hours. Please have availability.
Compensation: Fully edited digital photos will be given in exchange for your time. Photos will be used to promote this type of session and for portfolio purposes.
